How do I schedule an appointment?

What happens during an initial consultation?

Initial consultation will typically last for 60 minutes during which you will receive a comprehensive evaluation to determine if services offered at Healing Horizons are the right fit for you. This consultation will give us an opportunity to identify your needs and goals. It does not establish a patient-doctor relationship unless we mutually agree on a treatment plan. If Healing Horizons is not a best fit for you then rest assured we will provide alternative resources available in Panama City Beach and surrounding areas.

Does Healing Horizons take insurance?

Currently our treatment center is considered out of network, we will be able to provide superbill after each visit that you can submit to your insurance provider. As we become in-network provider with insurance companies we will be updating our website accordingly. We are in network with United Healthcare, Optum, Humana Military Tricare East. We are in process to be in network with Cigna, Atena, Florida Blue.

What do I do in case of an emergency?

Healing Horizons does not provide after hour services at this time. In the event of an emergency please call 911, or go to the nearest Emergency Department. You can also call 988 or Suicide and Crisis hotline which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
