At Healing Horizons we provide state of the art, concierge psychiatric services to care for our patients. We will schedule an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit to help you with your needs. We will then schedule you for an initial psychiatric evaluation. Prior to your evaluation you will receive an email from our electronic records where you can complete the paperwork and information about yourself and intake papers. Initial visit will be in person at our clinic located at 651 Grand Panama Blvd, Suite B1-103, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. Although we prefer that your initial evaluation be in person our practice is flexible to be able to provide tele psychiatry services.
Meet The Team
Dr. Hina Smith MD
Dr. Smith graduated from Medical School in India from NHL Medical College. Dr. Smith then pursued research for 5 years at University of Florida and has several publications during that time. She then pursued General Adult Psychiatry training at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS followed by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training at University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. After completing her training she started her journey with her husband in Reno, NV where she worked with adolescents at Willow Springs Residential Treatment Center in Reno, NV. Dr. Smith then transitioned to her role as a Director of Child and Adolescent Program at West Hills Hospital in Reno, NV. Dr. Smith has over a decade experience working in several states providing care for her patients in outpatient, inpatient, emergency care, substance use clinic and telepsychiatry services (North Carolina, Mississippi, Nevada, West Virginia, and Florida.)
Dr. Smith moved to Panama City Beach, Florida in 2020 with her family. Dr. Smith uses a combined approach of psychotherapy with medication management using evidence based medicine.
Leslie
Administrative Assistant
Leslie joined our team at Healing Horizons in January 2024. She has extensive experience in customer care, explaining benefits, questions about appointments, co-pays or any questions related to our clinic. She worked in New York in a busy clinical setting as their star employee and later on relocated to Florida in 2019. She also holds a realtor license and is truly passionate about helping people in their journey to heal.
